Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of NoHassle Compton Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

Services Provided

NoHassle Compton Tree Services provides professional tree care services including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, emergency tree services, land and lot clearing, tree health and maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, weather conditions, and site-specific factors. We reserve the right to decline services that we determine to be unsafe or outside our scope of work.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. Estimates are based on information provided by the customer and our on-site assessment. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from those described during the estimate or if additional work is discovered during the project.

We will inform you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about property conditions and tree locations
  • Obtaining any necessary permits before work begins
  • Ensuring clear access to work areas
  • Removing or protecting valuable items in the work area
  • Informing us of underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden features
  • Securing pets during service visits

Liability and Insurance

NoHassle Compton Tree Services maintains appropriate liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We take every precaution to protect your property during service, but tree work involves inherent risks.

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other features not identified to us before work begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to trees or property, or for damage caused by acts of nature, hidden defects, or conditions beyond our control.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at your earliest convenience.

Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to address your concerns.

However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for tree health or growth, as these are affected by many factors beyond our control. Tree work does not come with implied warranties of tree survival or specific results.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
